Products sold on the CROCX online store are shipped from our head office in St-Cyrille-de-Wendover in Centre-du-Québec. This strategic choice allows us to efficiently deliver fresh, quality products at all times.
As we are located directly in the Centre-du-Québec, we can deliver your orders to the four corners of the province quickly. Our shipping partners across the country are very busy during the holiday season, which could cause longer than usual delays.
Once the package has been picked up by Canada Post, we will email you the tracking number. Ordering products from our store therefore ensures that you get quality products made here, but also that you receive them in a timely manner (1 to 5 working days).
- Standard shipping is $11.99 for orders under $42
- For updates on your shipment, please check your order confirmation for tracking details and follow up with the carrier.
- Pre-orders ship once all items in your cart are back in stock (no partial shipments).
- We do not offer refunds for late shipments, incorrect addresses provided, or packages marked as delivered but not received.
- We charge a nominal reshipping fee of $11.99 for addresses incorrectly provided at checkout.
If for one reason or another one of your purchases does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us by mail at your own expense by first obtaining confirmation from our customer service. We will be happy to reimburse you as soon as possible. This applies to all products offered on our website.
For a return to be accepted, it must comply with the instructions below:
● Offered items, discounted/sale items are final sale. (Except monthly subscriptions)
● We will refund or reship lost and/or damaged orders as long as we are notified within 14 days of your order date.
● We do not accept order cancellations or changes once an order has been processed. If you have a question regarding your order, please contact us.
● Given the nature of the products offered, returned products must be sealed, unopened or undamaged and in their original packaging and will be checked before issuing credit or exchange.
● The company reserves the right to refuse an exchange or a credit following the receipt of products that do not respect the conditions mentioned above.
If your product was purchased from our online store, please communicate with us by email only. If your product was purchased from one of our partners, please refer to the exchange and refund policies of that specific business.
Following confirmation from our customer service department, please ensure that the item in question is returned to us at the following postal address in its original packaging within 30 days of the date of your purchase. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
